This place sucks. They had five people working when I went in and 2 chicks just stood there talking in the back while some guy checked his myspace and some scrawny dude chit-chatted by the computer and the 1 person that was helping was on her phone and we had to tell her what we wanted like 10 times because she was preoccupied with her phone call. |

I loved thier setup. I was like a kid in a candy store! They have plenty of edibles and varities galore. By far my favorite place. |

Theres a sign by the front desk here that says"Post a positive review for our dispensary and well give you a free gram, you must bring a copy of the post with you to recieve your free gift". These guys are a bunch of thugs! Patronize another shop that pays city tax. |

I've been shopping around the So-Cal area for the last couple years and never seen a better collective! From the professional security people to the counter and especially the product! If you want the best come here! If you don't care and want discount crap go elsewhere, but the serious patients will love the selection of high end indicas and edibles. The Sativas are amazing just not my thing. Best experience anywhere I've been, and I mean over the years! I live downtown surrounded with ghetto dispensaries, but I will travel for these buds! |

I didn't have any problems with the budtenders. People were friendly and helpfu, plus they had a great selection of goods. I didn't get a chance to try the edibles yet, but they all looked tasty. Will be returning soon to try some those next time! |

Although there are at least two places closer to me, I always go to Zen. They are professional and friendly, and their prices are the lowest of the places I've gone to (and I've tried a few). |

Horrible Service, Rude, Mean - Stay away from this dispensary... they are a gang-like store..not a medical environment by any means. If you like buying from thugs - visit this place right away. |

I really like Zen City Collective. Its clean, the people who work there are really nice and friendly and I enjoy going there. Since I am on a fixed budget I really appreciate their vending machine where I can get cheap meds for like $25 for half eighth and so on. This is pretty much the only club I visit due to their nice interior and good vibes. Definitely would recommend. |

Worst spot I have been to yet! The first time I went to Zen they were rude and very impatient, the 1/8th I purchased I found upon returning home to be stale and dry. I thought this might be a fluke and attempted to return yesterday and encountered the same attitude and ridiculous pricing for unkown quality of medicine. |

The guy behind the glass who takes your ID is like a bouncer for a night club, but after that everyone was friendly and even he was. Their products are good! |

I have been the the Zen Healing Collective 3 times now and ended up walking out on my last visit. All three times I've been, I was treated with a total lack of respect from the guy behind the 2 way glass in the front of the office. Once inside, I was treated nicely and given a good selection of goods. I must say the the guy in the front is so unbelievably rude that I can't even consider going back to that place. I'd like to be treated like a paying customer and not be barked at like a dog. He was treating everybody in line like a jerk and another lady walked out in disgust right before I did. With this economy, I'm sure they could find somebody to work the front door who would be more respectful of paying customers and more deserving of a pay check. I'd had about $300 bucks cash to spend that day on my medicine and I ended up going down the street to another place to do my business. I'm throwing my Zen Customer Card away and won't be back. There are literally hundreds of places in L.A. and this is just another place that had a good shot at being a favorite of mine but not anymore. Just be human man. Your place is called Zen for crying out loud. Practice what you preach. |

Some of the best medicinal herb money can buy. They even grow their own "Zen Private Reserve" which is top of the line medicine hands down. |

Stuff was fine but the dude who takes your card, while hidden behind the mirrored glass was rather rude and basically an jerk not just to myself but to others, as well. You'd think being that it was my first time there, he would have been more friendly. The rest of the staff were cool, though. |

They made me leave my blind 80 year old grandmother in the car in 103 degree heat. The selection was mostly over priced leafy home grown. Edibles consisted of dry brownies made with plant material. |

This is the best place in LA. Dont waste your time with any other clubs. The stuff is top notch and pretty good prices. All there stuff is pre-weighed out but typically its 3.5 or over. They are really nice, and are there to help you. You cant beat there deal buy three 1/8s and get one free! |

Never go!! Dont waste your money at Zen Healing Collective. I bought an ounce few weeks ago with discounted price and half of the ounce was cheaper stuff, they mixed cannabis. Zen never weighs them in front of you and the meds are already packed in containers. Its hard to check and see them. I got ripped off! |

The Zen Healing Collective is a smaller shop than some of the others in the neighborhood but what they lack in space and selection is largely made up for with excellent customer service and the
quality of their product. I started going to this medical marijuana dispensary after having
an unpleasant experience at the Sunset Shop and was very
pleasantly surprised by the warm, welcoming & pleasant staff. |
