West Hollywood Medical Marijuana Patient Reviews

The meds were low quality except a few strains in the top shelf category which went for 75/eighth. Ouch. Some 75 strains like the Jade Kush tasted harsh and for 75, thats unacceptable when you can get far better for 60 elsewhere. I asked for a better deal the next time i went in after i got burned last time on the harsh Jade for 75. This big Jay Leno looking guy comes out of the back and tells me that they give away over 100k in product to disabled poor people but he cannot give me a better deal because its just not done this way unless i am on Social Security SSI. In this economy, i have to prove to this guy i am one step away from being homeless. Generally speaking, West Hollywood dispensaries have the highest prices for bad quality. |

Best to come here knowing what you want because they don't allow you to browse. You MUST sit while you are waiting for service. No looking around. And when your turn does come, if there are patients waiting behind you, expect to be rushed though your purchase. Questions about their product are answered as if you are wasting their time. I asked the guy behind the counter if he could recommend a good sativa. He sighed, rolled his eyes and proceeded to recite their sativa menu to me. |

I came in as a new patient yesterday. Check in was about 10 minutes, and the woman at the computer was a little stuffy. I had to ask about specials myself. The only offer deals on upper tier buds. The guy in the back was cool, but offers no advice, not even small talk. So, I got 1/8 of Super Kush for an average price 1/8 of Imperial Delta for $5 more. The Kush is off color, but a great quality and bigtime fruit taste. Good Stuff. The Delta is a great looking and dank good bud. Quality is good, clean place, but just average experience. |

I've been spoiled! I don't know if it's the friendly, caring, and down to earth staff. From the security guards and the greeters at the front desk, to the back counter, all I get are smiles. I kinda feel like Norm in "Cheers". The atmosphere is light, and I don't get that "I'm gonna get busted" vibe. I like the variety of munchies too! |

This place is great. I've been there twice since i joined. Both times I was treated very nice. Lots of choices and good prices. |

Very nice people. Registration took about 10 minutes, because they are very strict, and want to make sure the rules are followed, which I think is cool. They leave the front door open, which is very welcoming. Being a new customer they gave me a free lollipop, and 25% off my first purchase, which is amazing! I stocked up on baked goods and lollipops, and bought an 1/8th. The staff is really knowledgable about their medicine, and helped me find one that fit my needs. I have back pain, and find it hard to sleep, and they were able to recommend a certain one for me. |

Very good medicine, the staff is very nice, good comfortable vibes when in the store, would be easier if they had small samples out so you could check everything out without having to send someone for it and feel like a sample abuser! Other then that I really like this place I'm from Santa Barbara and every time I am in LA I stop here. |

This place is the king of cannabis clubs! The staff treat their patients with true compassion. They have the largest selection that I have ever seen. When I go there I feel like a part of the family. |

I've only been to the West Hollywood store, and it's a great facility and the people that work there are perfectly nice, however the check-in process/ticket/you must sit down while waiting aspect is a bit Soup Nazi-ish. Plus security guards are always nice and friendly too, but their presence in general is a little off-putting. |

I have used the Farmacy for many years. On my first visit I talked to the owner as he made a deal for the first refrigerator, as well as talking to the chef at the time, looking through his receipe portfolio at the edibles yet to come. Always friendly in the front and back. Excellent quality and selection. No complaints at all over the years. |

From the moment you enter the Farmacy the staff is very friendly. The staff behind the counters are also very friendly and helpful in guiding you to the best products for your needs. The selections are always new and fresh. I would recommend this Farmacy to all of my fellow patients. |

I went to the Farmacy yesterday and was treated like an idiot. Extreme attitude by the guys sitting behind the computer. They were talking to me in a condescending way, and made me feel totally uncomfortable. Where is the compassion in this business? I am a patient seeking medicine! It's my 3rd bad experience there. I got kicked out once because my cell phone rang as well. I hate that place and will never go back. |

Very, very nice. 1/8's ranging from $25 to $75, dank stuff too! Great prices, all organic, good edibles, and very friendly staff! They make you feel at home and it's the only place I've been to that doesn't feel "sketchy". Great job! |

This is my favorite spot! Extremely relaxed staff, compared to other stiff and sketchy places.
Best part is: Live band playing smooth jazz and massage therapists! |

Always greeted with kindness and respect, this medical marijuana dispensary may seem sleazy upon apperance, but it's definetly not. Great people to serve you and always friendly. A lady gives you your medicine, usually wearing sunglasses, and always calls me sweety (she calls everyone sweety) adds that perfect touch to the Medical Marijuana Farmacy. |
