The security guard is an a-hole. The people in back are not friendly, in fact arrogant. I've been there a handful of times, but have decided to look elsewhere.

I will never shop at Grateful Meds ever again! I have been to this collective once before and was very pleased with my experience. On my second visit, the security guard treated me like I was a criminal! He bombarded and harassed me from the second I stepped in the door. He argued with me for not having my paperwork; as far as I aware, paperwork is only required on your first visit. I assured him I wasn't a new patient and had been previously informed my California Drivers License would serve as proper ID. The security guard could have easily looked at the computer register to confirm I was not a new patient but instead he proceeded to accuse me of being high on illegal drugs (specifically crack-cocaine)!! I am a medicinal marijuana patient, not a drug addict or drug user! I immediately asked for my identification back to go elsewhere, and in turn, my request was met with resistance. Specifically, the security apologized for his behavior and would not return my ID to me. Finally after multiple requests, I received my license back and proceeded to take my business and needs to an appreciative and respectful collective.

There are to many collectives in Hollywood/Los Angeles; there is no reason any patient should be treated the way I was at Grateful Meds. Most collectives treat their customers with respect and courtesy! Not this one! Which is sad to say because the staff (sans tiny, the ignorant security guard) are very accommodating and pleasant! Medical Marijuana patients already receive enough scrutiny, and now employees of collectives are dishing out the same scrutiny and ignorance? I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of Grateful Meds! This is a shame not only for this collectives business, but for the patient they have lost. I believe in loyalty to those who are supporting the treatment of medical marijuana patients.

And one last thought: Grateful Meds, please understand your pimp at the front door sucks and you have lost a daily patient!!

This place has everything you need here! Grateful Meds has all types of potent strains here. This is worth the trip and all new patients get a free gram...sweet!

By far one of the best and the most compassionate places I've been to. Great Meds and super low donations, they cap at $60 an 1/8 on O.G.'s and $55 for everything else. Also, I should mention that they have amazing glass pipes and bongs for prices you can't get anywhere else.
