They don't have fine print that tells you that the 25% off first time patients is only good up to a 1/2 oz, and more then that you have to pay full price. The THC % test is bs because it says right on the jar that this reading could be (+ or -) 10% accurate, which makes it not accurate at all. The tuesday special when you buy an oz and you get a free 8th, the 8th is bunk bud. They have sales tax. Pretty much this place has catchy advertising, but that isn't gonna go far if you can't back it up.

I have been to the 2nd St. location and had a bad experience with their customer service, but they had good medicine. Several months later, went to another location, they made me fill out the forms again. Took a long time. Figured they might give me a 1st time discount. Selected a nice strain of Purple Gods Gift. It was expensive, way too high. The tax deal is not right. They are the only place to charge a tax. Will never return beacuse there are too many options and they are charging tax.

This place always has great strains and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of concentrates and edibles and clones. Great specials everyday. However they do tax so a little pricier than most by about 5 dollars.

Wow, when I went to HS and I was impressed! They have amazing daily specials. 2 free gram days, free edibles, free concentrates, etc!

I love this place and the product can't be beat, as well as the staff. Never have I met anyone who was so educated. They do testing, too! They test for mold, THC, and CBD content. I love knowing exactly what I'm getting! If you have had a bad experience in the past, I suggest you try it out again and you will be surprised at how much you enjoy your experience!

I love HSCC! Only problem is the pricing is a little high for sure. I go there all the time. No website which hurts, because on Valentines and St Patricks day everything is 25% off making it quite reasonable... the same as 1st visit. Also have curbside for the disabled who get 10% off. Pricing is only negative.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the store is clean and well lit; great selection and quality.

I read some of the other reviews for this store; I can only suspect that the woman who had a bad experience brought it upon herself; the staff at this dispensary handle business professionally with a smile and a few laughs. Lighten up.

Really high quality buds. Store is really clean, and it's one of the safest locations. Security guards are all nice people. Great vibe. I barely have time to pick up meds between studio sessions and music videos, and they get you handled in under 10 minutes.

I have been to about 6 different clubs and Herbal Solutions is definitely my favorite. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but they are very knowledgeable about their products and have a very good selection of both smoke and edibles. I found the staff to be very friendly as well.

I go to this club all the time. The quality is excellent and the staff is nothing but friendly every time. The prices are a bit high but every Sunday you can get a free gram if you purchase an eighth or more, making the visit completely worth it in my opinion. Definitely a great selection on buds, edibles, hash/hash oil, and sodas.

Very nice medical marijuana dispensary. First time and they explained a whole bunch. If I had any questions I'm sure they would know. And also the security guard was helpful and nice. Stop in if you's around cause they have many selections and other edibles.

Great place. Good selection, nice people. It is a little pricey, but it is totally worth it. They also have cheaper strains (whatever fits the budget). Thumbs up :)

I've been to this spot a few times now and they have been very helpful w/assisting me in finding the right strains to try out for my medical conditions.

My first experience was so-so but before I wrote them off I decided to give it a second go. Since then they've been awesome! I'm glad I gave them another chance because their products are great and no one should be written off because they are having a bad day. My second time there onward I was made to feel super welcomed and the customer service was great!

I'm especially happy to have them so close to home :)

Yes, the prices are a bit steep but the quality can't be denied, so in my opinion its worth it!!

It was my first time at a club. The people were very friendly and helpful. It is a very nice environment and I was not nervous like I thought I was going to be.

Herbal Solutions is horrible! The selection is decent, the prices are a little high. The customer service is the worst of anyplace I have ever been.

The employees are more interested in hanging out and eating lunch than serving patients. There have been times that I have stood in front of them for ten minutes, waiting for someone to take care of me, all the while they are talking and having a great time. Amazingly, it is the security guards that have good attitudes and try to help people out. Even they get frustrated with the normal employee's antics.

I called to speak to the manager about this once. The phone was answered by a young lady in the middle of joking around with her colleagues. She let me wait until she was done laughing. When I asked for the owner or manager, she replied, indignantly, "What for?" When I said "Nevermind," she said "whatever," and hung up.

I'm sure this kind of immaturity and unprofessionalism doesn't help the medical marijuana cause at all.These people get their act together!
