Gotta tell ya...I'm an old Vet that needed help making decisions. The meds quit working a long time ago...the men at Platinum new exactly what would help and gave me several options. Thanks guys! Great prices, great crew. I highly recommend.

This dispensary is under new ownership as of the first of the year. Reading some old reviews below and they are talking about the previous owners (ie $75 an 1/8). New owners seem cool and product cap is less an 1/8. Been to several other dispensaries in the Valley, Platinum Club beats them all both in price and quality. Try them!

Very respectful and informative. I like the atmosphere how it's not a hang out and very easy going. I love this club and will continue going as long as they keep the good merch.

My new home. I have been to a handful of places and Platinum is by far the Best! They have a great variety and service - they remember you and what you've chatted about in the past, and they are right off the freeway. Parking can be tricky sometimes. Their house OG is amazing!

This place is great! It's the closest place to Simi. They're fast, they give you excelent first time freebies, one of the best of all out of selections I've seen so far. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. They know their stuff. Whether you want a clone oil, hash, or lost of buds. They also have very reasonable prices. Pay them a visit, I shall soon!

Nice location, nice neighborhood. I felt very safe as I walked up the steps and up to the door. The friendly staff buzzed me in and made me feel at home. I was verified in 5 minutes. They buzzed me in and I was delighted by the sweet smells of the room I entered. They had a huge selection of sweet smelling medicine. I was assisted by the two staffers, who answered all my questions and helped me with a selection. I was offered some free goodies for being a first-timer. Now that I'm home, the medicine is great! I don't live too close, but next time I'm in the Chatsworth area, I will stop by. Thanks a bunch!

Excellent service! Your in and your out quick. Free gift for new paitents. Very generous. Lots of strains to choose from no 1/8's over $60 of any strain!

After I moved from Sherman Oaks to Chatsworth, I was in search for a quality co-op/club like the one I have been going to in Sherman oaks. So I found 3 places and this is the best out of all of them and as fantastic of a place as The Greenhouse. They cap their prices at $60.00, they have a nice selection of very good meds. They may not have the largest selection in town but I appreciate that, its better quality control. And it shows because the quality is fantastic. They have a nice balance of selection of Indicas, Hybrids and Sativas. I'm a smoker, not really into brownies,drinks,hash, or oils, but they have a nice selection of those as well. The people are nice, and professional and laid back, nice combo. The location is perfect. It's a very nice area, nice building, great parking, the inside of Platinum Club is relaxing, very nicely decorated, I could sit in that lobby of theirs all day , I swear I wouldmeditate. The TRUTH, the only thing I could find wrong with this place is they dont carry Waterpipe/Bong Cleaner. Thats seriously about it. I really dig this place. You will too..

Great meds. Great service there are no eigths over $60. It's under new management so none of those old reviews apply...their instore Platinum OG is the best. Flowers are so beautiful makes me hesitant to smoke it..but yes by far the greatest club in the West Valley.

I have been to many clubs, and there are qualities that I like in them that Platinum doesn't posess; such as a big selection or being able to split an 1/8 up into two medicines. Also the prices are very exspensive, but if you are a conisouirer of high-end meds like me, you will be more than satisfied.

I have been to several other clubs and found them to be hangouts and not very friendly. I'm 50 years old. Platinum is always friendly with good information. They actually have many strains, very powerful since my wife has cancer. All I ask is form your own opinion. Also tax is included, they take credit and debit cards straight no ATM that charges you another $5-$10.

Wow everything required a $75 donation, and they only had 4 strains. Horrible is the only word to describe the Platinum Club. I live nearby in Chatsworth and every club in Chatsworth has better selection, better quality, and better prices.

This place was outrageous. First they had about 10 strains with 8/10 requiring a $75 donation and the other two where $65 donations. So Ended up just getting a gram cause I dont like to leave empty handed. When I got home the jar had water condensation inside!! The meds where very moist with very little resin on them. I will never go back there again. If your in the area check out any other club...

Wow definately the worst club ever. $75 asking price on almost everything. Meds were either dried out or watered down. One bottle actually had moisture condensation inside the bottle. I always go into a location with the intent of buying but at this co-op I could not bring myself to even spend $20/g for their way below average meds.

Poor selection, medicine was dry, overall very sad I went. Poor quality is one thing, but paying top dollar for that poor quality is quite another. Pass this club if you want value and selection.

This medical cannabis dispensary clinic was horrible. Prices were outrageous, with only 2 strains of medication available, I strongly reccomend you avoid the Platinum Club if you dont want to be dissapointed.
