After voting 3 to 2 against a ban on dispensaries the Fullerton City Council will be discussing the development and implementation of a dispensary ordinance. Please come out and show your support for safe access.

Fullerton City Council Will Decide On Dispensary Ban

Today at 5:00 PM, the Fullerton City Council will decide whether or not they will ban medical cannabis collectives or adopt regulations to protect patients and the community. We need medical cannabis patients and advocates in the area to ask the Council to join dozens of other cities and counties in adopting sensible regulations. Please call the City Council, and come out to the meeting today:
Plan to arrive early to complete a speaker's card for public hearing item #6. Tell the City Council that research and experience shows that regulating medical cannabis facilities is a proven way to reduce crime and complaints, and urge them to reject the ban.
