LA City Council To Vote To Support Feinstin Bill S 258
On Friday August 7, 2009 the Los Angeles City Council will consider and vote
on a resolution introduced in March of 2009 by councilmember Janice Hahn in
support of Senator Diane Feinstein's Senate Bill S. 258, entitled the Saving
Kids From Dangerous Drugs Act of 2009.
Some refer to it as "The Mickey Martin Bill" and you will even notice the
reference to one of the products that many medical cannabis collectives
sold, Pot Tarts. I have attached a copy of the bill for your reference.
The meeting begins at 10:00 am at city hall, 200 N Spring Street, Los
