Anderson-Shaw Revocation

Bryn Anderson and Paul Shaw were placed on probation after a trial court refused to consider any evidence that that their growing of cannabis was for medical purposes. The case, which resulted in probation, has now been submitted to the California Supreme Court. Bryn and Paul were swept up in a dawn raid and are now in jail awaiting a bail revocation hearing.
